Cenote

The AUXO Cenote is a desktop vaporizer for waxes and concentrates with a hand-blown borosilicate glass recycler attachment. The replaceable ceramic nail and 360° light effects make it a device for deliberate use at home.

Ceramic nail instead of a coil

Heating runs through a replaceable ceramic nail of aluminium oxide with a metallic heating film just 0.02 mm thin embedded in it. The film spreads heat across the entire nail surface rather than applying it in spots – the extract does not scorch. Once a nail is spent it is simply swapped; one nail carries through around 100 sessions.

Borosilicate glass recycler

The attachment is hand-blown from borosilicate glass. The recycler leads the vapour through water and back again, which cools it noticeably and makes it softer. The clear glass makes the process visible – together with the lighting that is the real appeal of this device.

Three presets, pro mode and light

For everyday use the three fixed temperatures of 270 °C, 300 °C and 330 °C are enough. Pro mode via the AUXO app allows your own values for temperature, duration and lighting mood. Eight light effects come preloaded – from calm Lumino to Aurora and Lava; more can be loaded via the app.

Battery and charging

The 2000 mAh battery carries through around twelve sessions and is full again after about 90 minutes. Charging runs via USB-C or wirelessly on a Qi pad – practical for a device that stands in a fixed place anyway.

Format and cleaning

At 143 × 95 × 56 mm and around 320 g the Cenote is not a pocket device but intended for a place on the table. The ceramic nail is cleaned dry with a cotton swab or with high-percentage isopropyl alcohol; the glass attachment can be cleaned separately.

How to use it

1. Take off the recycler attachment and place a small amount of concentrate on the ceramic nail.
2. Put the attachment back on and switch the device on.
3. Select one of the three temperature presets or use your own values in pro mode.
4. Draw after about 28 seconds; the session runs 20 to 90 seconds.
5. Clean the nail with a cotton swab once cool, clean the attachment separately if needed.
