Reinhart Vaporizer Wholesale
B2B Distribution
Europe's Largest Storz & Bickel Distributor
As Europe's largest vaporizer distributor, we represent exclusive brands such as Smono and Arizer. In addition, we carry all established vaporizer brands.
Voluntary returns for factory-sealed new goods
In addition to statutory rights, we offer dealers a voluntary right to return unopened, factory-sealed new goods within twelve months of the invoice date. The original packaging must be complete and undamaged, without writing, stickers, label residue or signs of storage; the original wrapping or seals must be intact. Items supplied without a factory seal, opened goods and demonstration units are excluded. Returns require our prior approval, and the item must still be part of our range when returned. The refund is based on the dealer price on the day we receive the return, not the original purchase price, and is issued as credit to the customer account or, on request, by bank transfer. Refunds are limited to €5,000 net per customer account and calendar year. The full conditions in section 9 of our terms and conditions apply.
Dropshipping
You don't need to keep every one of the more than 400 vaporizer models in stock. On request, we ship any item directly to your customer.
Best Price
Our goal is to offer the best price in Europe for all products. We pass the price advantages we negotiate directly on to you!
Returns Handling Plus
For almost all items, we offer a simplified returns process. Defective products generally no longer need to be sent back to us. A short video, a description of the fault and the serial number are sufficient in most cases.
Fast Shipping
If you urgently need your goods by the next day, we guarantee lightning-fast same-day dispatch for all orders that reach us by 12:00 noon!
