Easy Care Airpath: cleaning as a design principle
The NEO's airpath can be fully exposed – air and heating path lie open after a few steps and are reachable with the brush. This is exactly where most vaporizers build up residue, and exactly where they lose draw and flavour. Cleaned regularly, performance stays at its original level.
Pure convection with a titanium chamber
The NEO heats 100 percent by hot air: the air flows through the titanium chamber and vaporizes the material without the chamber wall acting as a heating surface. That is gentle on the aromas and prevents the load from overheating in spots. The device reaches operating temperature in under 30 seconds.
Temperature and display
The range runs from 120 °C to 220 °C and adjusts to the degree. The 0.78-inch OLED shows set and actual temperature at the same time along with the session timer, which runs between three and seven minutes and can be extended if needed. A vibration signals readiness.
Mouthpiece with zirconium cooling
The ceramic mouthpiece contains zirconium cooling that brings the vapour down in temperature on the last stretch. The mouthpiece is magnetic, rotates and folds away for transport – nothing protrudes that could snap off in a pocket.
Battery and build
The 3000 mAh battery charges noticeably faster via USB-C than on previous models. The housing measures 104 × 58 × 28 mm at 216 g and is rubberised, which adds grip and avoids scratches.
How to use it
- Fold out the mouthpiece and loosely fill the titanium chamber with ground herbs.
- Switch the device on and select your temperature on the OLED display.
- Set the session timer and wait for the vibration (under 30 seconds).
- Draw slowly and evenly through the ceramic mouthpiece.
- After the session expose the airpath and clean it with the supplied brushes.
