Shipping

We ship with UPS, DPD, DHL and Hermes – which carrier is used depends on weight, destination country and goods. Orders received on working days by 12:00 noon usually leave our warehouse the same day, provided the goods are in stock.

Shipping costs depend on weight and destination country and are shown during the ordering process before you submit your order. All prices in the shop are net prices plus statutory VAT and plus shipping costs.

Collection in person is not possible. On request we deliver by dropshipping, neutrally packaged, directly to your customers – simply get in touch with us about this.

Delivery countries

We supply specialist retailers in the countries selectable during the ordering process. For deliveries within the EU we invoice without German VAT as an intra-Community supply if a valid VAT identification number is provided. For deliveries to countries outside the EU, customs duties and import charges may apply, which you bear.

Payment

• Advance payment by bank transfer. We provide our bank details with the order confirmation; we ship once payment has been received.
• Purchase on account for approved dealer accounts. The invoice amount is due without deduction within the payment period stated on the invoice; if no period is stated, within 14 days of the invoice date.

We do not currently offer other payment methods. There is no entitlement to purchase on account; we may review, limit or withdraw it in individual cases.

Prices and conditions

The prices shown in your customer account are your personal dealer prices. They are confidential and not intended to be passed on to third parties. Prices are visible only after logging in with an approved dealer account.
