Three seconds

About three seconds pass from the button to the first draw. That is not a marketing figure but the practical result of a heater that only warms the air passing through instead of first heating a chamber. For the user it means switching the device on even for a single draw. That is exactly where devices with a minute of pre-heating fail in daily use.

On demand, session and Beast

In on-demand mode the device heats only while you draw — that saves material and battery. In session mode it runs continuously, which is more practical in a group. Beast mode briefly pushes in more heat when the load is coming to an end. Three modes sound like a lot; in practice you set one and stay with it, and the other two are there when they are needed.

Walnut

The housing is made of American walnut. Wood insulates better than metal, which means the device stays holdable on the outside while 200 degrees prevail inside. The sealed air path

Battery and charging

The adjustable chamber

The herb chamber can be adjusted in size, so small and large loads both work well. Anyone vaporizing alone sets it small and wastes nothing; anyone vaporizing in a group sets it large. That is one of the few adjustments on the device and at the same time the one that gains the most in daily use.

Cleaning and wear

A spare parts set with O-rings and screens is included. The air path is cleaned with isopropyl alcohol, and the multitool sits on the device and does not get lost. Because the path is sealed, the dirt stays where you can reach it. Anyone cleaning every few weeks keeps draw resistance and flavour constant — with a device in this price bracket the effort is worth it.

Origin and warranty

It is built in Finland, and the manufacturer gives a three-year limited warranty. On a device in the upper price range the warranty is a selling point worth naming. Spare parts come from the same source, so the device can be maintained over years instead of replaced.

What the V2 does not have

No display, no app, no Bluetooth connection and no degree-accurate readout. Anyone who wants to see numbers is in the wrong place. Anyone who wants the best vapour from a portable device is exactly right. That sentence sorts the customers in conversation more reliably than any list of features.

V2 or V2 black walnut?

The black version is more than a colour variant: it brings a polished 80 millimetre zirconia stem instead of the glass mouthpiece, the Cooling Unit V2 and a stronger Molicel P30B battery. Anyone transporting the device often does better with the zirconia stem, because it does not break. Anyone who wants the classic takes the standard version.

How to use it

1. Open the chamber and fill it loosely with ground material.
2. Switch the device on and choose the operating mode.
3. Let it heat for three seconds.
4. Draw slowly and evenly; in on-demand mode hold the button.
5. After the session clean the chamber and the air path.
