Who is the Legacy PRO 2 for?

The Legacy PRO 2 is aimed at anyone looking for a fully-fledged device for on the go who doesn't want to choose between herbs and concentrates – or between session and on-demand use. It is roughly the size of a deck of cards and sits substantially in the hand at around 235 g – in return you get equipment usually found on larger devices: a replaceable battery, a colour display, degree-precise temperature control and a fully serviceable airpath. If you are coming from the original Legacy PRO, you will find the same core idea – consistently refined.

Hybrid heating with a gold-plated chamber

At its heart is the combination of conduction and convection: the gold-plated heating chamber warms the material directly, while hot air flows through it with every draw. The result is even extraction and dense, flavourful vapour from the first to the last minute. Loosely filled, the chamber holds around 0.3 g; with the microdosing disc, conservative loads of around 0.2 g vaporize cleanly too – good for solo sessions as well as shared use.

Session and on-demand mode

New compared to its predecessor are two operating modes: in session mode the device heats to the selected temperature in around 12–15 seconds and holds it for a session of about three minutes – the classic way for relaxed rounds. In on-demand mode the PRO 2 only heats while you hold the button: vapour arrives after a few seconds, and the device cools right back down afterwards. That saves material and makes quick single draws possible without using up a whole session.

OnePath airflow: full flavour, easy cleaning

With the OnePath system, the air channel runs in one continuous line from the heating chamber to the ceramic mouthpiece – with no awkward corners where residue can collect. Glass and zirconia components keep the vapour cool and neutral in taste, and a single long brush through the entire channel is all it takes to clean it; the glass airpath can also be removed. The screens are held magnetically and won't get lost during cleaning. Less maintenance means consistently good flavour, even after many sessions.

Colour display and degree-precise control

The new colour display shows temperature, battery level and settings at a glance, operated via three buttons (power, up, down). The temperature can be set precisely between 100 °C and 240 °C. As practical guidance: around 175 °C the flavours take centre stage, around 190–195 °C is the balanced standard range, and at 205–210 °C the device extracts the maximum from the load with dense vapour. This way you will find the right setting for every material and every time of day.

Replaceable battery, USB-C and wireless charging

The Legacy PRO 2 relies on a replaceable 18650 battery with 3200 mAh – depending on settings, one charge lasts for around six to eight sessions or 60–80 minutes of use. When the battery runs out, you swap it for a charged spare cell in seconds instead of waiting for the device. Charging works either via USB-C (full in around 90 minutes) or wirelessly on a Qi pad (about 2 hours); vaporizing while charging is possible too.

Herbs and concentrates in one device

Out of the box, the Legacy PRO 2 is a dry herb vaporizer – with the included concentrate insert (pad) it also vaporizes waxes and oils. Switching takes just one step: place the pad in the chamber, apply the concentrate, done. The chamber is also compatible with dosing capsules, which can be pre-filled at home and swapped cleanly on the go. One single device covers both applications without compromising on flavour.

Design: cork with gold flakes

The front carries hand-applied cork fabric with gold flakes – no two devices are alike. The cork feels warm and non-slip in the hand and provides additional heat insulation, complemented by vegan leather and a dark grey housing with gold-plated accents in the elegant line of its predecessor. At 119 × 52 × 21 mm, the device remains remarkably compact.

How to use the Legacy PRO 2

1. Open the chamber door and loosely fill the chamber with ground herbs – or use the concentrate insert or a pre-filled dosing capsule.
2. Close the door and switch the device on.
3. Choose the operating mode and set your desired temperature on the colour display; in session mode the device is ready after around 12–15 seconds, in on-demand mode after a few seconds of holding the button.
4. Draw slowly and evenly through the ceramic mouthpiece.
5. After the session, let it cool down, empty the chamber and run the brush through the airpath if needed.

What is new compared to the Legacy PRO?

The PRO 2 keeps the strengths of its predecessor and improves the things that matter in daily use: the OnePath system makes cleaning considerably easier, the airflow has been reworked for smoother, denser draws with lighter draw resistance, the colour display replaces the simple readout, the chamber door now closes magnetically with a gold-plated frame, the screens are held magnetically, and on top of that come the new on-demand mode, wireless charging and the cork design with gold flakes.

Legacy PRO 2 or Legacy CORE?

Both devices share hybrid heating, the OnePath airpath, a replaceable 18650 battery and USB-C. The CORE relies on seven LED temperature levels and a particularly straightforward operating concept at a lower price – the PRO 2 additionally offers degree-precise temperature control, a colour display, on-demand mode and wireless charging. In short: CORE for an easy start, PRO 2 for full control.
