New Peak Pro 3DXL White
The New Peak Pro with the 3DXL chamber is Puffco's largest smart rig: a patented ceramic chamber that heats from below and from the sides, a borosilicate glass water percolator with laser-etched slits and the Joystick Cap for steering the airflow. It is operated with one button; everything else runs through the Puffco Connect app. A hard case and USB-C cable are included. For the trade it is the article that closes the concentrate range at the top.
Features
- Patented 3DXL ceramic chamber, larger than the 3D chamber — more material per load
- Heating from below and from the sides, the concentrate vaporises evenly instead of only at the bottom
- Borosilicate glass water percolator with laser-etched slits and splash guard
- Joystick Cap included, letting you steer the airflow inside the chamber
- One-button operation, the device is usable without instructions
- Puffco Connect app for profiles, temperatures and fine settings over Bluetooth
- Heat-up time around 30 seconds, after which the chamber is ready
- LED readout shows level and state, even without the phone in your hand
- Charging time around two hours over USB-C
- Hard case included, the whole device travels in one piece
- Dabbing tool, dual tool and five cotton buds are included

Who is the Peak Pro 3DXL for?
For customers who use concentrates seriously and want a desktop-grade device that still travels. The Peak Pro is not an entry-level article but the device where the conversation ends: whoever arrives here has already asked the questions. In the trade it is the upper close of the concentrate range and at the same time the article the rest of the display is measured against.
The 3DXL chamber
The chamber is patented and heats not only at the bottom but also on the sides. As a result the concentrate vaporises evenly instead of burning below and sitting untouched above. The XL version holds more than the standard 3D chamber and is therefore the choice for larger loads or for a group. Anyone dabbing alone and in small amounts gets further with the 3D chamber, because less material keeps the chamber clean longer.
Water filtration in the glass percolator
The percolator is borosilicate glass, and the slits are laser-etched rather than drilled. That gives finer bubbles and so more cooling surface at the same water level. A splash guard keeps water from reaching the mouth — with concentrates and the strong draws that go with them, that is not a luxury. Replacement glass is available individually and belongs on the shelf, because glass eventually breaks.
The Joystick Cap
The included cap carries a movable ball that lets you steer the airflow inside the chamber. Turning it during the draw spreads the heat more evenly over the concentrate and gets more out of the same load. That is the point where the Peak Pro differs from simple e-rigs — and the point you can demonstrate in the shop in thirty seconds.
One button, one app
On the device itself there is one button, and it handles everything necessary. Anyone wanting more connects the Puffco Connect app over Bluetooth and sets up profiles, fine-tunes temperatures and changes how the LEDs behave. Both routes are complete: the app is an addition, not a prerequisite. For the trade that means the device also sells to customers who want no app on their phone.
Heat-up and running time
Around 30 seconds after starting, the chamber is ready. Charging is over USB-C in about two hours. For a device of this power class that is a normal figure; anyone dabbing a lot puts the Peak Pro on the cable in the evening and thinks no further about it. For continuous shop use a second cable at the counter pays off.
Cleaning
The chamber is wiped out with a cotton bud after the session while still warm — once it has cooled the work is considerably greater. The glass is taken off and rinsed, isopropyl alcohol dissolves stubborn residue. Five cotton buds and a dual tool are included, and resupply belongs on the shelf. A cleaning set is the most obvious add-on sale for this device.
The hard case
The device travels in a hard case in which base, glass, cap and tools all have their place. That sounds like a giveaway but is the reason the glass does not break on the first trip. For customers who take the device along, the case is the real argument against a classic rig with a loose bong.
Onyx or Pearl
The Peak Pro 3DXL comes in black (Onyx) and white (Pearl). Technically both are identical; only the colour separates them. For the trade it pays to carry both and place them side by side — with a device in this price bracket, looks decide more often than you would think.
What the Peak Pro cannot do
It is not a herbal vaporiser. Anyone wanting to vaporise dried herbs needs a different device, and that note belongs expressly in the sales conversation, because the misunderstanding comes up regularly. Nor is it a pocket device: it travels, but it is not discreet. Anyone wanting both reaches for the Proxy as well.
3DXL or 3D chamber?
The 3DXL holds more and is the choice for larger loads and for a group. The 3D chamber is smaller, therefore easier to keep clean, and entirely sufficient for a single user. The rest of the device is identical, which is why the decision rests on the usual portion size alone.
How to use it
- Fill the glass percolator with water and fit it.
- Take off the chamber and place in a small amount of concentrate.
- Start the device with the button and let it heat.
- Fit the Joystick Cap and turn it during the draw.
- After the session wipe the chamber out while still warm.
