Who is the Peak Pro 3D for?

For customers who dab alone and prefer small, targeted portions. The 3D chamber is the standard size of the Peak Pro and covers normal use completely. In the trade it is the article for everyone who wants a smart rig without needing the larger chamber — and that is the majority. The 3DXL only comes into play when several people dab together regularly.

The 3D chamber

The chamber is patented and heats at the base and the side walls at once. The load therefore vaporises evenly instead of burning below and resinating above. The smaller chamber has a practical advantage: less material means less residue and so less cleaning effort. Anyone working in a targeted way and in small amounts has the more suitable device with the 3D chamber.

Water filtration in the glass percolator

The borosilicate glass percolator has laser-etched slits instead of drilled holes, which gives finer bubbles and more cooling surface. A splash guard keeps the water where it belongs. With concentrates and the strong draws that go with them, neither is decoration but the difference between pleasant and scratchy vapour. Replacement glass is available individually.

The Joystick Cap

The cap carries a movable ball with which the airflow above the load can be steered. Turning it during the draw spreads the heat over the whole concentrate and gets more out of the same amount. With the smaller 3D chamber that shows clearly, because every load is fully used. In the shop it can be demonstrated in half a minute.

One button, one app

The device is operated with a single button and works completely that way. Anyone wanting more connects the Puffco Connect app over Bluetooth: profiles, temperatures and LED behaviour can all be set there. The app is an addition, not a prerequisite — a point that matters in conversation with customers who are not keen on smartphones.

Heating and charging

After around 30 seconds the chamber is ready. Charging is over USB-C in about two hours. Anyone dabbing daily puts the device on the cable in the evening; in shop use a permanent cable at the counter pays off. The LED readout shows level and state, so you keep an eye on the charge without picking up the phone.

Cleaning

The chamber is wiped out with a cotton bud after the session while still warm. Cooled residue means considerably more work — that is the most important sentence in the sales conversation about this device. The glass is taken off and rinsed, and isopropyl alcohol dissolves the rest. Five cotton buds are included, and resupply belongs in every order.

What the Peak Pro cannot do

It is not a herbal vaporiser. This misunderstanding comes up regularly and should be cleared up unprompted in the conversation, or the device comes back. It is also transportable but not discreet — anyone looking for a pocket device for concentrates is better served by the Proxy.

Spare parts and repeat business

Chambers, glass, caps and tools are available individually and shared across the Peak range. For the trade that is reliable repeat business: the chamber is a wear part, glass breaks eventually, and cotton buds are a running item. Provided the parts are on the shelf when the customer needs them.

3D or 3DXL?

The 3D chamber is the standard size and the right choice for a single user. The 3DXL holds more and pays off when larger loads or group sessions come up regularly. The rest of the device is identical, which is why the decision hangs on the usual portion size — and not on the price.

How to use it

1. Fill the glass percolator with water and fit it.
2. Take off the chamber and place in a small amount of concentrate.
3. Start the device with the button and let it heat.
4. Fit the Joystick Cap and turn it during the draw.
5. After the session wipe the chamber out while still warm.
