COOLSCREEN: cooling before the mouthpiece
A zirconium ceramic filter module sits between the chamber and the mouthpiece. The vapour swirls through it and gives off heat before it reaches the mouthpiece. That keeps settings beyond 200 °C comfortable and keeps condensate away from the mouthpiece. The module can be removed and cleaned separately.
Replaceable titanium chamber
The chamber is made of titanium and lifts out from the top. For herbs the sensible fill is around 0.2 g. A second version for resins is available, so the device can be converted without tools. Because both the chamber and its housing are titanium, the vapour never touches plastic on its way out.
Temperature range from 40 °C
The LIVE starts well below what portable devices usually offer. The low settings suit aromatic draws with little visible vapour, the upper range up to 220 °C produces dense draws. Adjustment is in one-degree steps, in Celsius or Fahrenheit.
Operating modes
Alongside normal operation there is a sequence mode that steps through several temperatures, an EXP mode with a position sensor and a stealth mode that dims display and lighting. Micro-dosing lets you call up very short draws deliberately. Everything is operated via four buttons and the colour display.
Battery and charging
At 3000 mAh a charge lasts around 75 minutes of vaporizing, which in practice means ten to fourteen sessions. Over USB-C the battery is full again in under 85 minutes. It charges from ordinary power supplies; a premium cable is included.
How to use it
- Remove the mouthpiece and fill the titanium chamber loosely with ground herbs.
- Switch the device on and choose temperature and mode on the colour display.
- Wait for it to heat up – the LIVE is ready after around 15 seconds.
- Draw slowly and evenly; the COOLSCREEN cools the vapour on its way.
- After the session remove the chamber, empty it and clean it with the brush.
