Tray Cloche

Food grade polycarbonate cloche mounted on a walnut wood tray, designed to infuse food and beverages with the aroma of smoke. The robust and versatile dome connects via a silicone hose to the hose unit fitting of a Stündenglass Gravity Infuser or a Stündenglass Gravity Infuser Kompact. When the Stündenglass is activated smoke is produced. By tilting the device the smoke is pushed into the cloche so that food or beverages are surrounded by flavor and aroma. The internal height is approximately 19 cm and the diameter is a little more than 28 cm providing space for a plate of food or several drinks.
